HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition Hybrid

Ideal candidate will reside within a 2 hr drive of New Berlin, NY. ONSITE expectation of once/month to plan and execute events.

YOUR PURPOSE AND FUNCTION IN OUR COMPANY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives that directly support the company's growth and capability building goals. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key business partner, working closely with leadership to understand the organization's evolving talent needs and create customized talent acquisition solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Recruitment and Business Strategy Alignment:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HRBP to identify current and future talent needs, aligned with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified, diverse talent
  • Continuously monitor labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate feedback to optimize recruiting processes and maximize hiring efficiency

Candidate Acquisition and Selection:

  • Proactively source, screen, and qualify top talent to fill critical roles and support succession planning
  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Provide a bestin-class candidate experience that strengthens the company's employer brand and attracts top talent

Talent Ecosystem and Partnerships:

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and external recruiting agencies to expand the company's talent network
  • Leverage HR technologies, data analytics, and market insights to make datadriven decisions and continuously improve recruiting outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process

KEY CAPABILITIES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate talent strategies into measurable business impact
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HR technologies and data analysis to drive datadriven decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple high-importance tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our customers and communities
  • Knowledge of the HR field including employment laws and regulations
  • Tech enthusiast – using technology as an enabler

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of hands on talent acquisition experience, experience in hiring within the Insurance industry a plus
  • Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning methodologies
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or equivalent certification preferred

The salary range for the role is $68,500 to $95,000 per year paid on a salaried basis. The rate offered to any candidate will be reflective of the candidate’s experience and any relevant education, certification, or qualifications related to their ability to perform the responsibilities of this position as permitted by law.
